It opens the wrong service
Tap (or scan) the same link again within a minute — auto-open pauses so you can pick a different service or turn auto-open off. You can also change your service anytime from the settings on any album page.
My tag isn't reading
Hold the top of your phone flat against the tag for a second — most phones read from the top edge, not the middle. Take the phone out of a thick case if it has one. On Android, make sure NFC is on in settings; on iPhone it's always on. Tags don't have a code to scan, so a phone without NFC can't read one.
The code on a card or journal page won't scan
Good light and a flat page. If the camera still won't pick it up, the address printed under the code works in any browser — and cards can be tapped too.
