Welcome to AlbumLinks

By using AlbumLinks — our website, app, or physical AlbumLinks products — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AlbumLinks.

What AlbumLinks Is

AlbumLinks are physical links — stickers, cards, and tags — that connect something you own to an album, artist, or playlist on the streaming service you choose. We also provide a free web app for building a collection, making lists, and keeping a listening journal. We are not a music streaming service — we route you to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and others) for actual listening.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use AlbumLinks.
• Accounts are accessed by email login code — you're responsible for keeping your email secure.
• To delete your account, contact us at contact@albumlinks.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AlbumLinks for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the site without permission.
• Upload harmful content or interfere with the site's operation.

Physical Products & Purchases

• Blank AlbumLinks stickers are unlocked: whoever scans and configures one first becomes its owner, and can reconfigure it to a different album, artist, or playlist at any time.
• Locked products (trading cards, curated packs) are pre-linked and can't be reconfigured.
• Purchases are made either through our Etsy shop or directly on this site. Etsy orders are also subject to Etsy's own terms and policies.
• Shipping, order status, and returns for on-site purchases are handled by us directly — contact contact@albumlinks.com with any order issue.

Content

• Album information, cover art, metadata, audio previews, and search results are sourced from the Deezer API and belong to their respective rights holders.
• Links you create — the albums, artists, and playlists you assign to an AlbumLink, plus any lists or journal entries you make — are yours. You're responsible for what you link to.
• When someone scans your AlbumLink, we send them to the streaming service they choose. We don't host or stream any music ourselves.

AlbumLinks Pro

Pro is an optional paid upgrade (yearly or lifetime) that unlocks additional features, billed through Stripe or redeemed from a code included with certain products. Yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; lifetime plans don't expire.

Availability

AlbumLinks is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the site and app available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AlbumLinks, our physical products, or any third-party streaming service we link to.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of AlbumLinks after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
